Solent products sizzle at national sausage awards

Solent Butchers collected four awards in celebration of UK Sausage Week 2018, which runs from 29th October to 4th November.

Solent’s winning bangers were:

  • Farmhouse Pork Sausage was runner up in the Best Foodservice Sausage, Traditional Category
  • Lincolnshire Sausage was runner up in the Best Foodservice Sausage, Traditional Category
  • Pork, Spinach & Tomato Sausages was runner up in the Best Foodservice Sausage, Innovative category
  • Pork, Lemon and Fennel Sausages highly commended in the Best Foodservice Sausage, Innovative category
