Jenny is an Award Winning Professional Head Chef/Executive Chef with many years of knowledge and experience gained from running successful kitchens throughout the South East. She is proud to have gained 2AA Rosettes for the high standard of food that she serves and 3 stars for Sustainable Sourcing, alongside winning Pub Chef of the Year and Best Pub Food in the South East. She works closely within the seasons using local and British produce and is also a keen advocate of using the less popular cuts of meat…. she gained expert knowledge in Nose to Tail preparation whilst raising her own herd of rare breed pigs for use throughout her menus. She has been a successful Head Chef for many years and has been privileged to be mentored by her luminaries within the Michelin Star world. She has written recipes for cookery books, spoken on the radio and has done numerous cookery demonstrations.
